This notice explains how ΔSoC handles the details you send through the quote form on this website.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
Your name, company, email address, number of electric trucks, your message and the language you used. We use them only to answer your request and prepare a quote.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who processes the data
The form is hosted by Netlify, which may process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Until your request is handled and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we enter into a contract with you.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@deltasoc.io. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Denmark, Datatilsynet.
